Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order you can exchange it for another product within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
  • The exchange is pre-arranged by emailing details to info@blue-dia.com.au
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with tags attached

What if my product is faulty?

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team here for return instructions. Faulty items will be assessed on a case by case basis. If your item is found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement item free of charge provided that:

  • The return is pre-arranged by emailing details to info@blue-dia.com.au
  • The product/s is returned to Blue-dia Australia with proof of purchase within 30 days of date of receipt of purchase
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with tags attached
